PAY & HOME TIME
We pay a combination of percentage and hourly based on experience: 25–30% of the load plus $25–$28 per hour for detention. Quarterly safety and performance bonuses on Truck Gross.
Home time is flexible. Most drivers run 2 weeks out / 5 days home or 3 weeks out / 1 week home (Open to other schedule suggestions). The vast majority of our work is within 2–3 hours of our terminal, so we can get you home fast for family emergencies.

REQUIREMENTS
CDL Class A. 2+ years experience. No automatic restriction. No DUIs. No major violations. Minimum age 23. We’re flexible for the right candidate — if you’re close, talk to us.

We run older, reliable Kenworth, Peterbilt, and Freightliner trucks — manual transmissions, no DEF, no DPF. Pneumatic blowers on every tractor. No regen problems, no aftertreatment headaches, no being stranded for a sensor. We don’t run APUs, inverters, or fridges out of the box, but we’ll work with you to customize your truck to the comfort level you want. We’re small, but we listen big.
